They have not had product in them and are represented in as new conddition. They are set up with cone bottom, side manway, jacketed cone and sidewall, dryhop port on top, cip arm and ball, seperate blow of arm, carbstone, sample valve, and four legs with cross braces. They are as new condition and ready to ship - 4 available - price per tank - dims are approx 98" tall x 42" diameter.
