The Balemaster HD-60 Full Eject Closed Door Baler is ideal for versatile recycling needs. This machine is newly designed to process various materials without pre-preparation, thanks to its oversized hopper with a feed chute measuring 57” W x 35” L. It produces bales sized at 48”W x 30”H x 60” and weighing up to 1,300 lbs., depending on the material. Powered by a 20HP Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled (TEFC) motor, it operates at a hydraulic pressure of 3,000 PSI with a total compaction force of 150,720 lbs. delivered by an 8” diameter main cylinder.

The baler features an automatic cycling process, activated by an Infra-Red Electric Eye Sensor within the feed chute. The full penetration ram efficiently compresses materials, and an intuitive touch screen interface simplifies operation, including the tie-off and bale ejection phases. Further enhancing its capability, it includes a windowed feed chute door and a control circuit interrupter for safety, along with a low oil level/hot oil temperature sensor and an air/oil cooler to maintain optimal operating conditions.

Electrical components align with safety standards such as OSHA, ANSI, and UL, ensuring compliance and reliability.
