NEW 2026 EXCEL 2R10 TWO-RAM BALER

The 2026 Excel 2R10 Two-Ram Baler is an advanced, automated baling solution designed for efficient recycling and waste management in industrial settings. Engineered with interlocking construction and a state-of-the-art control system, it ensures durability and reliability while reducing downtime. The baler operates automatically, eliminating the need for a full-time operator, which contributes to significant labor savings. This model features dual robust (2) 50 HP TEFC motors, operating at 460 volts, 60 hertz, 3-phase, with the flexibility of left- or right-hand eject. The Excel 2R10 is equipped with a comprehensive set of features, including EXCEL Autonetics™ with an electronic display for precise ram positioning, an Accent 470 Wire Tie Systems automatic tier, industrial-hardened logic controller, and replaceable bolt-in Hardox® 400 wear liners. It is further enhanced by a 600-gallon hydraulic reservoir, an automatic bale release door, NEMA 12-rated enclosures, and on-line diagnostics capability.

For added safety and efficiency, it includes a Castle Key safety interlocking entry system, upper and lower photo eyes, and separation capabilities for different materials. The baler is also UL, CUL approved, and CE available, meeting high-quality standards.
