The Balemaster 1200 Series Hogger is a robust industrial shredder designed for efficiently handling bulky corrugated board, roll peel, and paper scrap. This equipment uses a "Cross-draft" airflow design to conserve energy, offering the option to utilize outside air for scrap conveyance. Touch screen controls facilitate data monitoring, and an auto-sensing sleep mode ensures energy efficiency during downtime. It can be integrated with the Balemaster CoreMaster shredder for an enhanced waste shredding operation.

With available widths of 62", 77", 92", and 707" and powered by 50 or 75 HP motors, the 1200 Series Hogger offers versatile options for various industrial needs. The machine's design includes access doors for easier maintenance and a Continuous Overload Meter to prevent jams, enabling smooth operations. Equipped with a safety circuit and reversible 4.75" arbor shaft with 22" blades, it boasts a long service life and optimal performance.

This hogger is ideal for recycling and disposal processes in industrial settings. It not only efficiently crushes and meters materials but also works in tandem with Balemaster balers. The Look-Ahead Circuit communicates with balers to manage shredding and baling processes seamlessly, avoiding excessive buildup and ensuring operational efficiency.
