Grain Storage Vessel (GS)
General Description
* Function: Grain storage / pre-mash hopper positioned directly behind the brewhouse, receiving milled grain from an auger feed line connected to the grist mill.
* Construction: Cylindrical, vertical, stainless-steel vessel with dished top and conical bottom on tubular legs.
* Dimensions: 9.5 ft H × 5 ft W × 5 ft D (approx.).
* Capacity: serves a 20 BBL capacity brewhouse operation (nominal, based on brewhouse scale and vessel labeling).

* Label: Embossed GS (“Grain Storage”) plate on front face.
* Access: Front manway with tri-clamp closure for cleaning and inspection.
* Cone Bottom: Sanitary drain/auger discharge port at base leading to flexible hose or auger inlet.
