(3) Wine fermentation tank, 26,383 gallon vertical stainless steel tank constructed of 304 2B stainless steel with dimple jacketed shell. Tank measures approximately 15'9" diameter x 18' straight side height and features a truncated top with flat sloped floor bottom for full drainage. Unit is designed for free-flow liquid service such as wine and includes side manway access, bottom outlet, and external piping connections. Tank is mounted on base supports and maintained in clean condition.
