Description
Unused GEA PMA 600 Advanced high shear mixer system engineered for pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, food, and specialty chemical granulation applications. Designed for high-performance mixing and wet granulation, this advanced processing system features 316L stainless steel product contact surfaces and a full vacuum-rated jacketed bowl for precise thermal and process control.
The mixer is equipped with a 36 kW main impeller operating from 1–170 RPM and an 11 kW chopper operating from 1000–3000 RPM, delivering intensive shear mixing and efficient particle distribution. The machine is designed to a 16 bar shock rating for demanding processing environments.
This fully integrated system includes an 8” side discharge valve, integrally mounted Quadro Comil Model U20, integrally mounted blade hoist, and associated Allen-Bradley PLC/HMI control systems designed for Class 1 Division 2 hazardous area applications.
Additional equipment includes a GEA PMS 600 temperature control unit with WIP (Wash-In-Place) capability and through-the-wall mounting design, as well as a PL600 IBC hoist with four approximately 750-liter IBCs for material handling and transfer operations.
