How it works

The Vacuum sieve utilizes a pneumatic sifter vibratory
separator for in-line pneumatic scalping and dedusting of free-flowing
materials, leveraging dilute-phase pneumatic conveying systems. A central
bypass chute connects the top and bottom screens, enabling on-size materials to
enter the central chamber through two pathways: upward through the top screen
and downward via the chute, or directly down through the bottom screen. Any
oversize materials are ejected through a spout located at the periphery of the
lower screen. This efficient design ensures precise separation and handling of
materials within a contained environment.
