The Vibro
Sifter® is a unique and efficient Gyro sifter that enhances screening processes

The Gyro
sifter's uniqueness lies in the vibratory motor's positioning, with top and
lower weights moving the screener in a circular motion for optimal performance.
This motion evenly distributes materials across the screen mesh, maximizing

design of the Vibro Sifter® provides higher throughput than competitors,
maximizing capacity and precision. It excels in various screening tasks,
including tea processing, marble and pebble gradation, ash slurry, mining
slurry separation, water purification, and waste management. Its gyratory sieve
offers accurate gradation for up to 5 levels while maintaining material
integrity.

How it works
The Super Gyratory Separator® generates high-intensity
vibrations through eccentric weights on the upper and lower ends of the motion
generator shaft. The top weight distributes the material across the screen,
while the lower weight tilts the machine to produce vertical vibrations.
