The 2,000 litre vessel measures approximately
1,320 mm diameter x 1,400 mm deep
and features a
225 mm deep conical bottom
tapering to a
100 mm diameter outlet
for efficient discharge.

Fitted with a
top-entry, bridge-mounted stainless steel anchor agitator
, driven by a
4 kW geared motor at approx. 30 rpm
. The anchor is equipped with
PTFE hinged wall scrapers
to ensure thorough mixing and improved heat transfer.

off-centre high-speed sawtooth disperser
, driven by a
7.5 kW motor at approx. 2,880 rpm

mild steel raise/lower frame
, allowing accurate positioning of the disperser within the vessel.
