Stainless steel product contact surfaces, approximately 33″ diameter x 27″ 
Straight side, flat top, dish bottom, rated 30 psi to full vacuum @ 302 F internal, 304L stainless steel jacket rated 45 psi @ 302 F
Anchor agitator with bottom and side wall scrapers, driven by 2 hp motor drive, high speed disperser driven by 15 hp motor, all XP motors, 460 volts. Machine is operational as we made an in-house VFD control panel to operate the basic functions.
