Grote 613 Multi-Slicer, with a maximum product size of 6″ X 13” (152 X 330 mm). The slicer can produce slice thickness ranging from 0.04″ to 0.50” (1-12.7 mm). It accommodates stack heights of up to 2” (51mm). Powered by electrical input of 200-240 VAC, 50/60 Hz, Single phase. Rated for up to 90 strokes per minute.
Includes (3) stainless steel product holders, (2) 3-1/4″ diameter X 26″ high & (1) 3-1/2″ x 26″ high. Offered with 13″ wide X 42″ long stainless steel wire mesh dewatering conveyor. Set up for Disposable AccuBand® band blades. Previously used in a salad processing application. Serial number 1123035.
