Jacketed: Yes, a low–pressure glycol wraparound chilling jacket with stainless steel heat shields on the sides. The jacket is designed to create a first-in, first-out serpentine liquid flow. It also has a hollow agitator shaft and fan paddle to circulate chilled glycol through the paddles, substantially increasing the glycol-chilled surface. 
Discharge door: Pneumatically operated discharge door located in end wall opposite drive end with silicone gasket in the recessed groove. The discharge door guard was permanently welded to discharge end wall around both doors. 
Vacuum construction including 2 HP water seal vacuum pump mounted on a stainless steel platform with 2” vacuum hose connected to the vacuum port cover (vacuum hose not included).
Prior usage: The original application was to massage and chill poultry products under full vacuum in 1285 batches based on 65 lbs per cubic foot.
