Description
Unused Tolan Machinery 6,000 gallon stainless steel reactor designed for high-pressure, vacuum, and temperature-controlled industrial processing applications. Constructed with 316L stainless steel wetted surfaces and 304L stainless steel non-wetted surfaces, this vessel is suitable for pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetic, food, and specialty processing operations requiring corrosion resistance and sanitary construction.
The reactor features a half-pipe jacket on the shell and bottom head rated for full vacuum to 150 PSI at 350°F, allowing efficient thermal transfer for heating and cooling applications. The internal vessel is rated for full vacuum to 70 PSI at 350°F, supporting demanding reaction and mixing processes.
This unit includes a #4 polished interior finish for sanitary processing, mill finish exterior, 24” top manway, 12” agitator nozzle, and four internal baffles for improved product movement and mixing performance. Mounted on four heavy-duty legs and National Board certified, this reactor is engineered for large-scale industrial production environments.
