Description
Unused Tolan Machinery 6,000 gallon stainless steel reactor engineered for high-capacity industrial processing under vacuum, pressure, and elevated temperature conditions. Constructed with 316L stainless steel wetted surfaces and 304L stainless steel non-wetted surfaces, this reactor is suitable for demanding pharmaceutical, chemical, food, biotech, and specialty manufacturing applications.
The vessel features a half-pipe jacket on the shell and bottom head rated for full vacuum to 150 PSI at 350°F, providing efficient thermal transfer for heating and cooling operations. The internal vessel is rated for full vacuum to 60 PSI at 350°F, allowing safe operation in pressure and vacuum processing environments.
Designed for large-scale production, the reactor includes a 24” top manway, 12” agitator nozzle, and four internal baffles for enhanced mixing efficiency and product movement. Mounted on four leg supports and National Board certified, this vessel combines heavy-duty construction with sanitary process capabilities.
