Description
Unused Tolan Machinery 1,150 gallon stainless steel reactor engineered for high-pressure, vacuum, and elevated temperature processing applications. Constructed with 316L stainless steel wetted surfaces and 304L stainless steel non-wetted surfaces, this vessel is ideal for pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetic, and food-grade processing operations.
The reactor features a half-pipe jacket on both the shell and bottom head, rated for full vacuum to 150 PSI at 400°F, providing efficient heat transfer for heating and cooling processes. The internal vessel is rated for full vacuum to 75 PSI at 400°F, allowing operation under demanding process conditions.
Additional features include a #4 polished interior finish, mill finish exterior, 18” top manway, 8” agitator nozzle, and four internal baffles for enhanced mixing efficiency. Mounted on four legs and National Board certified, this reactor is built for reliable performance in sanitary and industrial environments.
