Description
Unused Tolan Machinery 1,400 gallon stainless steel reactor engineered for high-pressure, vacuum, and elevated temperature processing applications. Constructed with 316L stainless steel wetted surfaces and 304L stainless steel non-wetted surfaces, this reactor is ideal for pharmaceutical, chemical, food, and specialty process industries requiring corrosion resistance and sanitary construction.
The vessel is internally rated for full vacuum to 75 PSI at 400°F and features a half-pipe jacket on both the shell and bottom head rated for full vacuum to 150 PSI at 400°F, providing efficient thermal transfer for heating and cooling applications.
Additional features include a #4 internal polish, bead blast external finish, four internal baffles for enhanced mixing efficiency, an 8” agitator nozzle, and an 18” top manway for operator access and inspection. Mounted on four leg supports and National Board certified, this reactor is designed for demanding industrial processing environments.
