The cook and hold smoker oven has a heavy duty stainless steel exterior and the unit rolls smoothly on 3 1/2" casters (2 rigid, 2 swivel with brakes). The oven has 2 stainless steel wire shelves, and 1 stainless steel rib rack, a removable stainless steel drip pan with drain and a wood chip container on this cook and hold smoker oven. The oven comes includes 1 sample bag each of cherry, hickory, apple and maple wood chips.The deluxe controls on this cook and hold smoker oven includes a LED display, On/Off button, cook temperature button (200 -325 degrees F), a cook time control button (1 minute - 24 hours), a smoke time control (1 minute - 1 hour), a probe control button and hold temperature button.
