The dispenser features three buttons that can dispense 2, 3, and 4 quarts of water, or you can use the manual switch to dispense up to 8 gallons continuously. The factory set dispensing temperature is 195 degrees Fahrenheit, but it can be adjusted as low as 75 degrees Fahrenheit. The dispenser has a removable shelf to allow for large containers, like stock pots and sauce pans to be used with the dispenser. The stainless steel tank has a convenient bottom drain for easy cleaning, and will hold up to 12 gallons of water, but the unit is still small and compact enough to require minimal counter space.
