Exposure on 300mm wafers or 12×12″ substrates with up to 1 micron resolution
2000 watt power supply and lamp Mask alignment and exposure system.
High-resolution, dual CRT monitors with twin video cameras equipped with zoom lenses.
Each camera with motorized zoom lenses and ring light illuminators is mounted to a precision vertical axis slide which raises or lowers the camera for proper viewing height.
Includes custom mask and substrate holder per buyer’s request…up to 12×12″ or 300mm round.
