The Leybold D65BCS is a Rotary Vane Pump, direct drive,
oil-sealed vacuum pump designed for use in extremely corrosive applications, such as
aluminum etching and other harsh chemical processes.
They can also be used alone or as backing pumps for Roots pumps, diffusion
pumps, turbo-molecular pumps and cryo-pumps.
