REM SC 14 CNC MSF VTL (UMARO) Vertical Turning & Milling Lathe w/ C-axis & Live Tooling, FANUC 0i-TF
The SC 14 CNC/MSF is a heavy-duty single-column CNC Vertical Turning & Milling Lathe designed for high-precision turning, facing, boring and milling of large rotational workpieces in a single setup. The machine is configured per UMARO 2025 catalogue with the following options selected for this project:
▸ C-axis with live tooling for combined turning + milling + drilling operations in one clamping
▸ TIMKEN tapered crossed-roller bearing on the table — 11,000 kg load capacity (catalog option vs 6,000 kg standard pair of tapered roller bearings)
▸ Main turning drive: 45 kW (custom intermediate config) — between catalog standard 39 kW and optional 51-60 kW
▸ RAM section 220 × 220 mm (custom configuration) — custom configuration (UMARO catalog standard is 225 × 225 mm)
▸ FANUC 0i-TF Plus CNC with FANUC AC servomotors on all axes — open architecture, worldwide service network
▸ Automatic Tool Changer 12 stations ISO 50 (UMARO catalog standard, expandable to 16 or 26 stations)
▸ Cast iron bed and column construction with hardened/ground guideways and TURCITE-B coating
