Featuring a 40-inch turntable diameter and the ability to accommodate workpieces up to 37 inches in diameter and 20 inches in height, the MT1000 is ideal for medium to large components. With a maximum load capacity of 2,200 lbs, it provides the strength and stability needed for heavy-duty operations.

The unit is powered by a 7.5 HP wheel motor, supported by dedicated 1/2 HP motors for both the table drive and elevator system, ensuring smooth and efficient operation throughout the blasting process. A manual swing door with safety interlock offers secure and user-friendly access during loading and unloading.

Equipped with an integrated 1000 CFM ventilation system, the blast cabinet maintains a clean working environment, while the included Donaldson TD650 dust collector ensures effective dust management and compliance with workplace safety standards.
