Description
Used Tetra Pak (Scanima) STM-1250V aseptic high shear mixing reactor designed for precision blending, emulsification, and thermal processing in sanitary environments. Constructed from 316 stainless steel, this vessel is ideal for food, dairy, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic applications requiring strict hygiene standards.
The reactor is rated for full vacuum and up to 45 PSI internal pressure, with a jacket rated to 75 PSI and maximum temperature of 150°C, enabling efficient heating and cooling. The system features a powerful bottom-entering high shear agitator driven by a 50 HP motor, delivering excellent mixing performance and product consistency.
This unit includes a 2” pneumatic discharge valve and 2” recirculation valve for process flexibility. The system is complete with a control panel featuring VFD, pneumatic panel, and operator PC station, making it a fully integrated solution for automated processing.
