The Wave Biotech CO2MIX20 CO2/Air Mixer Controller is a laboratory gas mixing unit engineered to provide precise regulation of carbon dioxide (CO₂) and air mixtures for bioprocessing applications. Designed to support Wave Biotech and GE Wave bioreactor systems, this controller blends CO₂ from an external supply with ambient air to deliver a stable, user‑defined gas composition—typically up to approximately 15 % CO₂—into bioreactor headspaces or controlled‑atmosphere chambers.
The unit uses an internal CO₂ sensor to continuously monitor and adjust the output mixture, helping maintain optimal conditions for cell culture growth and pH control during bioreactor operation.
