The DoverPac Powder Handling and Containment System from ILC Dover is a single-use, high-containment solution designed for the safe handling, transfer, and discharge of powders in pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturing. It consists of a durable outer bulk bag that provides structural support and a specialized inner liner made from ArmorFlex film, which creates a sealed barrier to prevent operator exposure and product contamination. The system integrates with tools like CrimpLoc sealing system to securely close and separate the liner during processing, enabling contained charging and discharging of materials between equipment such as reactors, dryers, and drums. Designed to meet strict regulatory and safety standards, DoverPac systems achieve extremely low exposure levels while reducing cleaning and validation requirements through their disposable, closed-transfer design.
