The Roser Model SANI-COMPACT Plus Integrated Hygiene Station features automatic hand wash, automatic rinse, hands sanitizing and hand drying with paper towel or a Dyson airblade. The Roser Model SANI-COMPACT Plus Integrated Hygiene Station also has a turnstile door which only allows access to those employees that have washed, rinsed and sanitized both hands. A PLC controls all stages of every single employees sanitizing process. When one employee has completed wash and rinse stages the next employee can start washing. The Roser Model SANI-COMPACT Plus Integrated Hygiene Station's output is one person every 9 seconds.
The Roser Model SANI-COMPACT Plus Integrated Hygiene Station is constructed of all #304 stainless steel.
The three main certifications that must be met in the industry with the FSSC 22000, which ensures that food is safe throughout its journey; the BRC Global Standard for Food Safety (BRC Food), which offers a management framework linked to food safety; and the IFS Protocol (International Food Standard), based on the EN 45011 standard.
