Used stainless steel contact parts rotary valve by Rotolok (UK) type 125RVCSS01B. Inlet and outlet connections have diameters 127 mm. Rotor is designed in PVC and is chain driven by reducer and el motor 0.37 kW, 1380 rpm, 220-415V, 50 Hz. Working rotation up to 25 rpm. Output depends on product/rotation and can reach up to 1.3-1.9 m3/h. Valve has stainless steel conical hopper with internal diameter 670 mm, equipped with safety bars. Valve is bolted to stainless steel supporting plate. Last time used in food industry.
