Reactor is rated for 30 PSI internal pressure/full vacuum at 450°F with jacket rated for 125 PSI at 450°F. Unit includes top center-mounted agitator assembly with mechanical drive arrangement and insulated vessel exterior. Reactor is equipped with multiple top-mounted process nozzles, manway access opening, instrumentation ports, and process connections suitable for batch processing operations.
