Removal: STRICT REMOVAL DEADLINE. Removal will begin on the Monday following the auction close. All items must be removed by Friday, July 10, 2026. No Exceptions.
Preferred Onsite Rigger: Huddleston Machinery Moving, Inc., 816-231-4147, [email protected]. The rigging company will be on site July 6 - 10.
Rigging: If you plan on doing your own rigging (operating any electrical equipment onsite), we will require (2) Copies of Certificate of Insurance. (1) Listing Location as Certificate Holder and (1) Listing Auctioneer as Certificate Holder. Must Have General Liability Minimums Of $1 Million Per Occurrence And $2 Million Aggregate. The COIs MUST be approved before you start any work on-site.
Shipping: Shipping and transportation are the buyer's responsibility.
